These return policies apply only to online purchases. When purchasing in a physical store, the return policies are listed here .

Goods purchased in the online store are given a 30 (thirty) calendar day return period from the date of receipt of the order. During this period, the buyer has the right to exchange or return unworn footwear upon presentation of a document proving the purchase. If the footwear has been worn but the size is not suitable, the money is not refunded and the product is not exchanged. High-quality goods can be returned within 30 calendar days if:
- the item is unused;
- the product has not lost its commercial appearance, the label is not damaged.

Gift vouchers are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In the event of a return of goods purchased with a voucher, the customer will be given a discount code equal to the amount of the goods being returned.

In the event of a return, the money paid for the item you purchased will be transferred to your specified account within 5 days, in exceptional cases up to 14 calendar days from the date of return of the item. You can return items purchased in the online store only to the address specified in the online store.

Returning a parcel via DPD parcel machines:

1. Close the package tightly, tear off the old label and affix the return label* printed by the parcel machine.

*You will receive a return PIN code via SMS, which you will enter at the DPD parcel machine to print a return label .

2. Upon receipt of your returned footwear and confirmation that it has not been worn or has not lost its original appearance, the money will be refunded within 5 days, in exceptional cases up to 14 days to the same bank account from which the order was made.

The return service is FREE.

Return packaging requirements: no smaller than 2x9x14 cm and no larger than 38x64x39cm. Maximum return weight: 30 kg.

We undertake to replace such an item with a suitable one as soon as possible or, at the customer's request, refund the money within 5 working days, in exceptional cases up to 14 working days.

WE WARN YOU THAT:

– closed shoes can let water in;

– shoes with leather soles are not suitable for wearing in humid weather (we recommend gluing a rubber midsole);

– genuine leather insoles, colored lining and insole may stain socks or feet;

Due to the high quality requirements and standards of manufacturers, as well as the natural and harmless materials used in production, high-quality footwear can stain;

– natural shoe leather may vary in color and texture.
THIS IS NOT A REASON FOR A RETURN.

PLEASE NOTE: Properly maintained and worn footwear will not only last longer, but will also look beautiful and remain of high quality. We offer you free repair of minor defects within 3 months of purchase. In this case, you must contact the physical store and indicate the order number of the purchase in the e-store.
