Are you required to provide us with your data and what are the consequences if you do not do so?

The Customer is not required to provide their Personal Data in the Online Store, but it is necessary to use certain functions of our store, for example, so that the Customer can place an Order and pay for it (Conclusion and execution of a Purchase and Sale Agreement), or use our forms.

Each time, the scope of data required to conclude a relevant contract is specified in the Online Store (we mark the data that is necessary for concluding a contract/using a certain function), in other channels of communication with the Customer or in the Rules. Failure to provide Personal Data may in principle make it impossible to perform the above actions.

Who has access to your data?

Access to statistical data about website visitors is available to A.Zakaros firma IĮ employees, who are responsible for analyzing this data and improving the website. Also, access to technical records and cookies is available to A.Zakaros firma IĮ partner Ernestas Mažilis, who administers the website page and website management tools.

Who can we transfer your data to?

Each time, the list of recipients of Personal Data processed by the Data Controller is mainly determined by the scope of services used by the Client.

On what legal basis do we use information about you?

The basis for processing the Customer's Personal Data is, in particular, the performance of a contract concluded with him or the need to take steps at his request prior to concluding a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). In principle, this applies to Personal Data provided when placing Orders and concluding a Purchase-Sales Agreement. In cases where the Personal Data provided to us is related to a Customer complaint, the legal basis for their processing is the necessity to perform/service the contract for the sale of goods.

on the grounds provided for by applicable law – when data processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation of the Data Controller, e.g. provided for in tax and accounting legislation, for the Data Controller to settle accounts under concluded sales contracts (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR);
when data processing is necessary for purposes other than those specified above, relating to the legitimate interests of the Data Controller or a third party, in particular for the purposes of settling, asserting or defending claims, market and statistical analysis (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If the Client's consent must be obtained for the processing of Personal Data, the Personal Data may be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

In any case:

Personal data will also be stored when the Data Controller is obliged to process them under legal acts (e.g. accounting or tax laws);
we will store Personal Data for a longer period in case the Client has any claims against the Data Controller, so that the Data Controller can defend against them, or bring claims or defend against claims by third parties, within the limitation period established by law, in particular the Civil Code.
Depending on the scope of Personal Data and the purposes of its processing, the retention period may vary.
In any case, a longer retention period for Personal Data will be chosen.
